Main Street, Garner

Landscape plan for a commercial development project on Main Street in Garner, North Carolina. Working with Rich Realty Group, Osterlund Architects, and Shipman Engineering Group, the landscape surrounding this office on Garner’s Main Street will be updated to provide access to clients with mobility considerations as well as improved by adding drought-tolerant plants with year-round seasonal interest mingled with existing mature trees. Soils, mulches, plant selection and placement, as well as time-of-install, were all carefully considered so that the project could be developed without irrigation and provide a beautiful expression of municipal code while minimizing resource use.
